The merger between Precise Biometrics and Fingerprint Cards has now been completed, bringing together two Swedish biometric pioneers into one scalable global leader in biometric security, access, and identity management for both physical and digital environments.

This is a merger of equals, with Precise Biometrics AB as the surviving legal entity. The combined company will operate under the Precise Biometrics brand, with FPC as a product brand. Together, we bring decades of innovation, expertise, and a complete offering in biometric security, access, and identity management, creating a strong, scalable customer-centric company positioned for long-term growth.
