Annual General Meeting 2025

The Annual General Meeting will be held in Stockholm on June 24, 2025. Shareholders who wish to have an item of business addressed at the Annual General Meeting must submit a written proposal to investrel@fingerprints.com or to the Company Secretary, Fingerprint Cards AB, Kungsgatan 20, SE-411 19 Gothenburg, not later than seven weeks prior to the Annual General Meeting to guarantee that the business can be included in the notification of the Annual General Meeting. Further details on how and when to register will be published in advance of the meeting.
